Author James Williams will premier his new book, Blazes, Posts and Stones beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the Ohio Company Land Office at Campus Martius. Dressed in period uniform, Williams will present a seminar from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. The seminar, titled “Indian War 1790-1795: The Life and Death Struggle for the Northwest Territory,” will feature new maps, visuals and flags.

Anyone wishing to purchase an autographed copy of James Williams’ book should plan to attend this event. Dressed in period uniform, reenactors of the Geographer’s Department of General Washington’s Army will be featured throughout the day. Also in attendance will be members of the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio.
